Steer all activities surrounding mechanical, electrical/lighting/control, fire alarm/firefighting, IT/AV, security, structured cabling, low current, etc. at site, leading team of MEP engineers and MEP CAD draughtsman. Coordinate with various disciplines and liaise with Head Office Design team, clients, and local authorities, providing engineering design solutions to adapt designs to suit actual site conditions during execution phase. Carry out value engineering and provide post-contract support to Site Supervision team. Track all work progress per approved baseline program and update program to synchronize with main contractor’s project planner. Complete Close Out Documentation and final account determination with client.

o JAFZA Convention Centre Complex (1.9B AED):
Most prestigious project in Jebel Ali Free Zone, 72, 700 sq. m plot, total built-up area of 370, 000 sq.mt, comprises of Convention Centre with associated facilities such as auditorium, banquet hall, Function hall, Conference Meeting Rooms, Food Court, Data Centre, 34 Story Office Twin Towers and (4 Star Hotel on hold), supplemented by four levels of Parking facilities.
o B+G+6+R Hotel on Plot C39, Crescent Palm Jumeirah (600M AED):
5 star Alhambra themed hotel with total built -up area of 54, 916 sq.m with 87 suites, 238 guest rooms, approx. 5500 sq.m. of shops and restaurants and 350 car parks.
Planned and designed project scopes and timelines according to specific objectives and budgetary requirements. Oversaw
sub-contractor management activities, reviewing submittals to ensure that all required standards/expectations were accounted
for and adhered to, and assessed quality of performance/services to verify that agreed upon quality specifications were
complied with and upheld. Compiled and distributed relevant documentation that outlined all aspects of specific departments
along with QA/QC criteria, providing teams with frameworks on how to execute tasks and achieve milestones. Collaborated
with cross-functional teams to support and monitor operations and find solutions to identified threats that would disrupt
progress. Acted as conduit between all internal/external personnel and clients, keeping relevant parties abreast of any
developments. Conducted final site inspections to commission project delivery.

Reviewed and monitored design/shop drawings and supervised material submittal, quantity take-off, request of material,
procurement, and material delivery. Led design, project supervision, scheduling, and target monitoring activities while
reviewing progress reports in order to take appropriate action to achieve end results. Directed Techno commercial team for
on time installation on sites. Monitored quality of work completed by subcontractors. Handled programming for testing and
commissioning, handing over projects after preparation of as-built drawing and O&M manual.
● Noted as first person from project team to actively work in SAP computer environment for material requisition and
