Taking out the quantity for the specified materials on a certain project i.e. Barrisol stretched ceiling (France); Pagolux metal ceilings (Germany); AMF mineral fiber ceilings (Germany); Design composites (Austria); Chicago Metallic Ceilings (China); and Anhui Sentai wood plastic composites. Preparing the estimates by using MS Excel and preparing for the detail drawings and or revisions by AutoCAD. And finally supervising the actual installation.
Inspect materials arriving at site to ensure compliance to requirements.
Monitor installation activities.
Inspect drawings, specifications, and scopes.
Conduct regular briefings to site staff.
Follow-up actions resulting from inspections by the Architect.
Coordinate systems transfer to commissioning team.
Construction supervision and scheduling of manpower.
Design of the structural members of the project.
Supervision of the construction of the project.
Conduct dimensional and quality inspection.
Monitor work progress.
Monitor cost control and construction schedule.
