• Responsible for maintaining and communicating the authorized signature list, standard settlement instructions to all counter parties.

• Assisting the department in drafting and execution of various legal documents, Agency agreements, Lease agreements, Terminal contracts, IT contracts, miscellaneous contracts.
• Screening and responding to telephone calls, attending to visitors, maintaining diary for meetings, making travel arrangements, maintaining up-to-date filing system, ordering supplies, department library.
• Liaising and follow up with external legal consultants.
• Safe keeping/archiving of all original contracts & corporate documents of the Company.
• Providing secretarial & administrative support to the Fire & General Insurance
• Independently handling routine correspondence, faxes.
• Preparing quotations for various types of insurance as per requirement of Clients, Brokers and Agents.
• Issuing all types of insurance policies such as Fire, Theft & Burglary, Money Insurance, Personal Accident, Workmen’s Compensation, Erection All Risk, Machinery All Risk, Third Party Liability & Professional Indemnity Insurance.
• Follow-up with Clients relating to renewal of policies
