• Preparing commissioning proposals/ specifications and plans for LEED, ESTIDAMA, QSAS and EHS projects while conducting kick off meetings & workshops to understand owner’s project/ design requirements.
• Conducting reviews for designs/ submittals and O&M of all energy related systems including HVAC Systems, Electrical Systems, Domestic Water Systems, BMS System and Renewable Energy Systems while preparing summary commissioning/ review reports, system manual, functional/ pre-functional checklists & test procedures for energy system verification
• Assisting in troubleshooting of energy related systems and controls
• Performing verifications for the installation of energy related systems along with functional performance testing leading to preparation of Issues Logs for future reference
• Participating in the Testing Adjusting and Balancing (TAB) Process
• Analyzing training requirements and verifying it for the owner and F&M staff
• Spearheading Post Occupancy Review of the building while preparing the POR report
