In progress project responsible for delivery of a 106M AED 60 site EADS TBS roll-out covering Dubai Metro Red and Green line. Leading a specialised twenty five person strong implementation team to oversee the full installation of a DAS and TBS installation. Responsibly overseeing all engineering aspects of the project; from design through to implementation to final completion and acceptance. Monitoring, identifying, assessing and resolving all technical issues and managing relationships with internal and external suppliers and supporting the Atlas service organisation with service level agreements (SLAs) to constantly improve delivery in our post implementation service.

Key Achievements:

* Thirty one EADS TBS Metro sites handed over to the client in an accelerated four month installation programme to meet the launch date of 090909.
* On progress for early completion of Metro Green Line installation phase 6 months ahead of schedule.
* First communication sub system to been accepted by the client.
* Successful integration into network owners UAE Tetra network.

Responsibilities:

* Project scope includes design, procurement, implementation, testing and commissioning of distributed antenna system and associated network infrastructure.
* Transmission design verification and consultancy service including testing and commissioning manager for Core and Radio access.
* System design submission and ownership of design variations from proof of concept to acceptance by client.
* Full responsibility for a project related matters including costs, resource, materials, time and quality.
* Interface manager to the Ministry of Interior network owners.
* Multiple multidisciplinary direct reports.

Project Manager- LLU Operations at AOL Broadband (formally AOL Inc)

Lead a specialised 15-member provisioning/project team to oversee the full provisioning lifecycle for the migration of AOL users from an established, contracted network onto a newly built, AOL-owned system. Monitor, identify, assess, and resolve all migration process issues while continuously enhancing the new product. Manage relationships with internal and external suppliers, navigating complex service level agreements (SLAs) to constantly improve delivery. Prioritise and manage change requests through the development team as a key member of the change advisory board. Support gap/data analyses, forecast and plan for overall bulk migration and capacity planning strategy, design operational processes, and project manage system data reconciliations.

Key Achievements:

* Enabled £13 million in monthly savings with the successful turnkey development and migration of 1.2 million users onto the new AOL-owned network.
* Implemented a compliance change for Migration Authorisation Codes (MAC) for end users enabling a reduction in FTE and an improved customer experience leading to a reduced call rate per end user.
* Successfully migrated our BSS systems onto a new strategic platform (EMP) leading to less system down time and an increased time to provision for end users.
* Designed and produced all operational processes for the LLU order management lifecycle.
* SME in CRM migration from legacy to new strategic CRM system.
