Liaise with various 2p1 and 3pl operators in record to the inbound and outbound logistics operations
Operated material handling equipment as necessary.
Lifted materials and boxes moving in and out of department.
Maintain operating equipment and work area.
Organizing and processing customer orders on priority making sure that truck departure timelines are met.
Processed outbound orders on day shift if necessary
Do daily accounts and manage the same.
Deal with the creditors and manage the bank payments.
Procurement of medicinal stock to the pharmacy.
Maintain the flexibility of stock and liaising with the suppliers.
Do stock checking in the pharmacy.
Rise query if purchase is needed.
Discuss with Pharmacy supervisor regarding the stock.
Give acknowledgment when goods received.
Manage with the return of non moving medicinal stocks
Give a report to supervisor regarding non moving medicines.
Acquire credit note from the suppliers.
Make sure the medicines are returned to the suppliers.
