Responsibilities
• Significantly contribute to the completion of each oil or gas
wellhead through proper coordination and supervision of the Quality
Control functions of the project, including QC inspection schedules and
quality records ahead of deadlines.
• Increase acceptance of work by 3% through proper allocation of
daily assignments for the inspection team to ensure consistent quality
personnel and work coverage requirements of the company and client are
met.
• Ensure the smooth flow of all activities on site is carried out under
the latest revision of drawings and documents via the QA/QC Supervisor, in
compliance with client specifications, project quality plan, and international
standards minimizing, if not eliminating, delays and rework.
• Accomplish proper execution of onsite works through good
coordination, planning, and an early review of documentation
requirements, e.g. a method statement work procedure that must be
approved before the particular work.
• Achieve on-time completion due to periodic review of work
procedures, method statements, as well as methods of instruction to assess
its relevance to the project and compliance with the project quality plan,
design documents, and client specifications.
• Increase the efficiency and the effectiveness of the inspection team
by deploying competent inspection personnel as well as NDT technicians to
ensure they are qualified as per client standards and project quality plan
after careful evaluation of their credentials.
• Secure complete attendance for the management review meetings
by proper scheduling, coordination, and commitment of the participants.
• Support and coordinate internal audits, ensuring on-time delivery
of audit reports and appropriate action.
• Coordinate and arrange external audits to subcontractors,
suppliers, and/or vendor's quality management system if so required.
• Review and update the project quality plan as needed for the
duration of the project.
• Plan, collate and organize the end user's project record book; i.e.
final as-built drawings, design calculations, and design documents, other
documentation requirements like operation and maintenance manuals, per
client specifications and standards.

Responsibilities
• Deploy personnel and delegate tasks to different areas on site.
• Coordinate with Project Engineers regarding completion of the
schedule of work and timely issuance of a Request for Inspections (RFI's).
• Report to the Project Manager any discrepancy, violation, or
deviation to the design specifications and international standards with
regards to the execution of work or installation.
• Compile the necessary vendor documentation, as-builts, test
records, and the like according to the Request for Quotation (RFQ)
documents.

Responsibilities
• Issue Request for Inspection (RFI's) to the client upon job
completion in compliance with design specifications and international
standards.
• Monitor the work activities onsite and make recommendations to
the foremen to improve the quality and increase productivity.
• Prepare test packages for E&I items to be commissioned on site.
• Witness the testing of power, control & instrumentation cables
before issuance of RFI.

• Delegate daily tasks to subordinates and supervise the workers.
• Plan and coordinate weekly, monthly, semi-annual work of the
maintenance contractor/s of the building for tasks required of them.
• Deploy security personnel and give their assignments within the
vicinity of the building.
• Ensure the smooth flow of pedestrians as well as vehicular traffic in
and around the building.
• Coordinate with the local police and other authorities to secure
permits and action on incidents, accidents, theft, and the like.
Responsibilities
• Monitor the site works and give safety instructions to personnel on
unsafe areas, work methods, etc.
• Report all safety-related incidents to the Project OIC and Safety
Manager.
• Conduct daily toolbox meetings for groups of workers.
• Inspect the safety conditions of the lifting equipment, e.g., cranes,
man-lift, etc. weekly or as needed.
• Conduct safety meetings with all subcontractors and main
contractors' supervisors, engineers, and managers to discuss and resolve
unsafe site conditions.
