• Investments in Non-performing Assets (NPAs) of Banks and Financial Institutions considering recoverability and structure the transaction based on risk appetite & return expectations of investors.
• Business development and Relationship Management with Banks & Financial Institutions for acquisition of NPAs and consummation of transactions.
• Strategizing and implementing resolution plan based on viability of business, turnaround potential, legal complexities, regulatory framework etc with the objective of maximizing recovery and returns to investors.
• For companies with turnaround potential, analysing the business fundamentals and capital structure and restructure the debt to sustainable level based on cash flow generation, enterprise value of the company etc.
• For companies where sale of assets / settlement is a resolution strategy, aggressively pursue against borrowers in various legal forums to speed up and maximize recovery
• Liaisoning with advocates, valuers and other service providers who support in our resolution process.
• Additionally, have also handled special assignments including automation of business operations, investigation of suspected financial fraud, drafting & finalisation of Investment policies and other policies related to business operations.
Resolution of Non-performing Assets (NPAs) considering viability of business, turnaround potential, legal complexities, regulatory framework, valuation of underlying security, pursue legally against the borrowers etc with the objective of maximizing recovery and returns to investors.

• Preparation of project reports including estimated cost of production, working capital requirement, break even analysis, sensitivity analysis, profitability statements, ratio analysis and projected financial statements.
• Feasibility study of projects based on market research.
• Handle the task of developing qualitative and quantitative analysis.
