Presently working as Projects Control Supervisor with more than 11 years of experience in MASHAIL AL KHALEEJ dealing with Top Telecom, IT and related business companies in SAUDI ARABIA including Saudi Telecom Co. being one of the Major Business Partner.
Mashail Al Khaleej is a leading company in KINGDOM OF SAUDI ARABIA offering latest Broadband Data Products & Solutions to our clients.

 Mashail Al Khaleej is the dealer of HUAWEI Broadband Terminals & OSP Products to Saudi Telecom Co.
 Experienced in handling projects worth more than 400 Millions SAR yearly and responsible for Pricing, scheduling, ordering, shipments clearance, dispatch, delivery, Installation and Invoicing of over 1.5 Million Terminals every year.

Responsibilities
 Responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of projects that are under the oversight of PMO.
 Identify and manages the scope of the project, defines contract deliverable s and achieve targeted outcomes.
 Ensure project requirements are achieved in a timely fashion and within budget guidelines.
 Maintaining effective relationships with the Project Team and with external stakeholders.
 Assembles project team, identifies needed resources, assigns responsibilities and develops timeframes to facilitate successful completion of project activities and deliverable s.
 Determines project costs/ensures delivery on time and within budgetary guidelines.
 Monitoring and reporting progress against plans, quality and costs.
 Ensures provision of high quality and timely service to clients meeting agreed SLA's.
 Ensure necessary preparations are made for meetings involving the implementation team and to attend these meetings to record agreed actions or changes to project plans.
 Preparing Bids / Tenders and Quotations for the invitations received from the clients as per their standards.
 Experienced in Vendor management and supply chain management.
 Analyzing the requirement of the client.
 Responsible for requesting RFP’s from the suppliers, negotiating prices and delivery period and other terms & conditions.
 Prepare delivery schedule plans for bulk quantity(100-150k Qty) based on Production output from the vendor.
 Coordinating with the suppliers and dealers to get product quotes, negotiate prices and delivery time.
 Preparing Statement of Compliance (SOC), Product Comparison sheets for the offered product with assistance from technical team.
 Coordinating with clients and vendors for the CUSTOMIZATION of the product Hardware and Software as per client requirement.
 Providing Mockup’s, Samples, arrange testing of the products to get them approved by the STC and other clients.
 Issue Purchase Requests to Purchase Dept for the confirmed P.O’s from the clients and request for LC’s from Finance Dept.
 Coordinate with Warehouse Department for timely arrangement of equipment deliveries to the project site(s).
 Tracking of shipments under customs clearance, track shipments under CITC & Customs and forward information & documents to Logistics department for shipments clearance and delivery.
 Arrange delivery of materials to sites, operate and control the project team and provide feedback to the Project Manager.
 Secure Material Acceptances/Relevant Delivery Notes of the deliveries made and forward them to Finance Dept. to be Invoiced to the Client.
 Maintain and update multiple reports to ensure Sales, Ordering, shipping, delivery and Invoicing is properly taken care of and monitored without any delays as per the schedule.
 Prepare and maintain WPR & MPR related to projects functioning, preparing project reports and report to higher management with the same.
 Keep track of Market Trends, search new products and introduce them to the clients for potential Business opportunities.
 Coordinating with Vendors and clients to arrange training's for any new solutions installations and Technical Support.
