• Synchronize between sales and marketing departments to come out with accurate launch dates for NPDs, best promotional activities and to produce an accurate and realistic forecast
• Run weekly and monthly meetings with Sales and Marketing teams to get updates on performance and areas of improvement to adjust future plans
• Calculate and maintain demand planning KPIs
