It involves systems and processes that identify inventory requirements, set targets, provide replenishment techniques, report actual and projected inventory status and handles all functions related to the tracking and management of material. Moreover, the monitoring of material moved into and out of stockroom locations and the reconciling of the inventory balances are part of routine.

Comprehensively handled Product & Equipment Returns from customers and suppliers with the highest level of customer satisfaction; Ensuring that Returns are expedited and dealt in a specific timeframe, conducting audits, checking and classifying the materials for restock into inventory, maintaining accuracy of data and ensuring all procedures are being followed strictly. Also ensuring appropriate credits, replacements or returns are handled in a timely manner.
