Responsibilities include:
Preparing material submittal, load schedule for the purpose of approval by the consultant, attended site progress meeting, coordination meetings, electrical designing etc.
Executed site works as per consultant requirements and approved drawings.
Daily site inspections, overall manpower supervision to ensure the works are being carried out as per MEP Consultant comments and Local Electrical Authority.
Preparing Bill of Quantity (BOQ), Estimation, Quantity Survey, Variation Calculation.
Followed up with Consultant for approval and other requirements.
Attended meeting with the Consultant / Sub-Contractors and discuss matters regarding project issues at site
Coordinating with civil and mechanical departments
