Am working here as facade Site Engineer :
• To ensure implementation of installation for all in-process and finished product before and after installation, To ensure that all finished product are inspected and passed as per the Requirements of drawing upon installation., Strictly monitor implementation of quality requirements., Analysis of Drawing (Can interpret Production Drawing & Layout details), Experience for the ordering and supplying of materials to the site as per the requirements, stocktaking, delivery reports and material arrangements., In addition to the above co-ordinate & leading all production and installation activities related with quality assurance, To organize and supervise the day to day management of Site works ensuring the works are executed in accordance with contract documents drawings and specifications, To ensure Site personal are used effectively and are working safely in respect of themselves and any third parties, To manage and co-ordinate setting out and site engineering including the taking of site measurement and dimensions., To organize and manage the installation terms including daily planning and monitoring of progress and quality of the works., To control and maintain site materials their distribution and safekeeping., To check and ensure that the installation works are maintained level vertical an dimensionally in accordance with the design., To ensure that any equipment labour and materials expanded in the performance of an instruction is adequately recorded and knowledge., To be fully acquainted with the drawings and specifications of the works for which he is responsible., To provide technical guidance to the foremen, charge hand and labours on suitable methods of installation for the works in accordance with the method statement., To responsibility of site foreman from part of site engineer’s work where no site foremen has been allocated to the project., To assign duties to foreman charge hands or labours including delegation of responsibility
1) Coordination with other department for smooth completion of work within stipulated time.
2) Ensuring completion of the project in time and with quality
3) Coordination with consultants and architects for the hindrances at work.
4) Estimating the material requirements for the project in advance and follow up for the same till delivery at site.
5) Ensuring safety at site for the tradesmen.
