I am working in ANAPLASI as Business Development Manager as a Part time Freelancer, in UAE
My responsibilities:
· Representing the company in UAE.
· Business Development Plans to improve the work of the Group & work to get new projects.
· Lead Meetings with the Clients & Finalize the agreements.

Facilities & Projects Manager
I am working in HCT - AAWC as Facilities & Projects Manager, My responsibilities:
· Manage the running & future Projects.
· Coordinates all Facilities operations within approved resources and budgets, advising Central management on the status of projects
· Monitor and manage the daily operation of the service contractors including MEP, Cleaning, Security and Catering within the campus
· Conduct periodic facilities meetings and site walks to evaluate the conditions or maintenance requirements
· Manage the facilities team and maintenance contractors within the campus
· Prepare Requests For Proposals (RFPs) for the design and construction of new facilities, alterations, and extensions in accordance with system requirements
· Technical Evaluation for all tenders belong to the campus.

I am working in Louis Berger Group Inc. LBG as QA/QC & HSE Manager - Assistant Program Manager for Al Salam Street Upgrading in Abu Dhabi (6 Billion Dirhams).
This project is one of the most important projects in Abu Dhabi it contain on tunnel 3.5 km, 4 underpasses, one bridge and the widening of the related roads.
My responsibilities:
• Auditing on both the consultants and the contractors.
• Review the documents especially (Quality Manuals, HSE Plans, Method Statements, and Procedures).
• Reviewing Material Submittals & Auditing on Site laboratory & Material Tests.
• Review & Auditing on monthly commercial operations (Monthly interim payments for both contractors & consultants, Claims & Change orders).
• Performing periodic QA/QC visits to job sites with the consultant Team & Contractor QA/QC Team.
• Evaluating quality and performance of the contractors

I am working for this company as a QS Manager & Civil Projects Manager for site works,
The major project I am handling is (YAS Island 22KV Network Substations) in Abu Dhabi (250 Million Dirhams), the project contents of 260 KM of Cable laying, under crossing ducts, and construction of 11 Substations. My responsibilities:
♦ Control the execution of the cable laying and construction of the substations
♦ Civil coordination with other contractors working on the same route especially road section (Al Jaber AJE, Bin Harmel NBH)
♦ Finalizing commercial issues for sub contracts.
♦ Instructing the field QA/QC engineers in performing periodic visits to job sites.

♦ Analysing the Quotations and its Specification.
♦ Participated on negotiation for selecting and hiring ADWEA approved civil sub contractors.

Hill International Co. and I was an approved quantity surveyor by Abu Dhabi Municipality and ADWEA also for the following projects:
♦ Completion of Construction of Internal Roads in Khalifa City ‘A’ C-972.
♦ Interchange at Falah Area - Contract 974/1/1/B.

♦(From Apr 1993 to June 1997) supervisor Engineer on the “Mill Silos Project” construction by using sliding from on intermittent periods.
♦(From Apr 1994 to June 2001) Responsible for the Information Technology (IT) Department in the Coastal Branch.
