Reporting to the Government Sales manager, Handling government sector Requirements and provide them with the best total solution for hardware & software through tenders, Interact with managerial, legal, technical and other professional departments to evaluate problems and determine the best reasonable solution(s). Preparing technical and financial offers. Follow up with customer and trying to open new selling channels.
Responsible for recruitment process to fulfill our branches needs for both restaurants division and supportive departments from building up pool of applicants, Screening CVs, interviews schedules, Conducting First interview, Test applicants and Providing result with a short list to be interviewed finally . Handling deployment procedures with the branches and selected candidates and final orientation. Handling Oracle System by receiving Walk INS applications, screening applications, feeding the system with the applicants to be recalled for an interview. filing system for our data bank and Organizing for our existence in the employment Fairs
Handling all customer queries & problematic inquiries related to the different internet services (ADSL, Websites, Domains, Mail accounts, Global IP-VPN Service, & voice over IP).Evaluate information received from consumers & determine the appropriate actions to be undertaken. Preparing all reports related to targets & achievements.
