Recruit Management
. Develop and oversee a strong recruitment process including preparing of job descriptions, reviewing job advertisements prior to posting, conducting interviews, carrying out background checks and ensuring that documentation is collected and recorded.
. Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals, and absenteeism rates.
. Follow-up Appointment processing, Orientation / Induction, exit interview.
. Maintaining the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.

Training
