Key Responsibilities:
o Account Management for North America at the Corporate Office
o Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external team
members and 3000+ customers
o Successfully manage up to 10 States, all while providing extraordinary
service under high pressure

o Attend weekly sales meetings with sales team

o Responsible for greeting guests upon arrival

o Responsible for interacting with guests, romancing the food and drink menu, and making recommendations

This is a business degree with a focus on tourism and resort management. The program emphasized in leadership, strategic and business management expertise, as well as industry-specific skills in areas such as marketing research, promotions, product development, tourism policy and planning, and risk management. I did my co-op for 5 months at the Lonsdale Quay Hotel, where I was able to put skills to use and solely manage the front office of a 70 room boutique hotel.
