Job Description:
To lead a team of beauty assistants to drive sales, provide excellent customer service and represent Al-Shaya professional standards in DEBENHAMS Cosmetics store.
Responsibilities:
The position is a multi-tasker job including but not restricted to the following:
-In-Charge of store's back office and cosmetics floor areas of around (32) staff
-Insure store achieve its Quarterly & yearly sales targets
-Insure staff provides the best customer service
-Motivate, coach, evaluate, develop and make regular meetings with Al-Shaya staff
-Supervise the visual merchandising of offers & products in the cosmetics floor
-Supervise store's events
-Supervise weekly stoke on Hand count (SOH)
-Apply & follow up the compliance of Al-Shaya Store rules & regulations & insure Audit points are maintained.
-Build a relationship with local suppliers & communicate brands requirements
-Respond to store's Marketing, Area & Operations' management in all aspects relevant to store's requirements
-Store reporting to the Operations Manager

Responsible for coordination work in Professional Services department (PS), which provides SSBS customers with SAP projects.
(SAP) stands for: Systems, Applications, Products in Data Processing. It is an integrated business software to process all functionalities of an organization in order to obtain a unified solution.
Job Responsibilities
- Assistance of SAP Director
- Participating in proposal preparation and packaging
- Preparation of off-site project gate pass forms, monthly time
report & coordination for related matters such as
Administrative letters, as appropriate.
- On line registration of SAP information on SAP System such as
(Opportunity Deal Registration & Customer Reference)
- Coordination for and preparation of Work Orders for project
technical contractors as requested by the department's head
- Coordination for issuing/cancellation of Saudi ARAMCO IDs &
Car Stickers (related requests are made on ARAMCO Portal)
in connection with the concerned project managers and
Administration Office for SSBS technical staff on ARAMCO
Projects
- Monthly Time sheet processing (including receipt of AWPs
(Absence with Permission) & Sick leaves from the staff,
checking carried over absences by the end of each month &
maintaining a list of employee absences, sick leaves and
excuses to be addressed to the department & Administration
heads)
- Coordination for payment requests & expense claims
including: (related registration, preparation, processing, follow-
ups & notifications)
- Training coordination.
- Vacation planning coordination
- CV Formatting for technical staff into SSBS format
- Coordination of certain Administrative affairs for PS Staff with
the Administration office
- Updating PS sharing folders (on the intranet network)
- Updating PS hierarchy charts & monthly name lists
- Coordination with the Finance department for the means of
payment for new employees and contractors
- Responding to employees' miscellaneous inquiries &
requirements
- As an Assistant Translator:
The main responsibilities associated with this position are:
Translation of financial statements (FS) and other related translation requests by Audit department, as well as participating in controlling and coordination of the translation process.
