Pure Gold is the sole concessionaire for retail of gold and diamond jewelry at various duty frees across the globe. Pure Gold Jewellers employs more than 1000 retail staff across the globe and also owns two jewelry manufacturing factories in India and China, employing over 1, 500 workers.

KRA’s

 Managing the complete watches operation from sourcing brands up to retail management.
 Develop long-range forecasts and maintain long-range financial plan & budgeting
 Provide advice on changes required in terms of displays, product specifications, designs etc.
 Training sales staff on watches, brands and its attributes
 Ensure availability of fast moving models & prepare plan to clear slow moving stocks.
 Sourcing watch Brands which sync with the Jewelry Stores
 Undertake pricing activities for brands based on pre-defined markup
 Managing space within the stores for optimum visibility of all Brands
 Proper brand representation and Positioning.
 Accountable for selecting a commercial range appropriate in each brand

 Responsible for managing the Stocks in retail outlets.
 Ensure proper brand representation and Positioning at retail outlets
