•Review the project plans regularly to ensure tasks and milestones are being achieved in a timely manner.
•Receive the project status reports and updating the quarter and annual performance reports with coordination with the project managers.
•Share key information on confirmed projects and events with the concerned Project Managers.
•Coordinate internal and external meetings and events with key stakeholders and partners for the delivery of the projects.
•Participate in the scheduling and coordinating of events.
•Act as the first point of contact for the stakeholders and partners for the projects.
•Follow up requests for information and enquiries or redirect them and facilitate communication with the team members.
•Help the Strategic Planning Consultant in gathering information for preparing the quarter Balance Score Card Report.
•Review the monthly man hour for all the technical department’s employee.
•File all project documents (hard and soft copies).
