Organise and manage the administration in Female Campus, human resources, providing administrative support to the academic team, teachers, parents and students, preparing Principal's reports and statistics, liaising with other administrative staff, academic colleagues and students, organising and facilitating a variety of educational or social activities. checking and preparing all students' reports. arranging meetings, and minutes of meetings. preparing letters to parents. follow up on students' academic progress and arranging meetings for certain cases. coordinating with other department; Head office, Finance, Human Resources, PR, Admission.

- Contacting Medical Insurance provider for any urgent medical needs.
- Creating Filing System for Medical Insurance soft copies and hardcopies as well.
❖ Recruitment Process
- Updating the Organizational Charts.
- Scanning the qualifications in CV's & contacting outsources.
- Interviews preparations.
❖ Hiring Process: - Preparing contracts and meeting candidates to discuss the terms.
- Follow up with employee required documents, and preparing employee file.
- Preparing welcome on board letter, and sending internal announcement.
❖ Induction: - Handing over entitled assets, office tour & company orientation.
❖ Performance Appraisal: - Sending PA due date to line managers.
- Sending PA form, with brief explanation of the PA interview instructions.
- Follow up with evaluations results & change the status accordingly if confirmed, and implementing it into Organizational Chart.
