Pre advising valuable high profile customers about the arrival of shipments by sending arrival notices
Receiving clearance instructions & documents for clearance from customers
Raise Invoice
Closing job files
• Issuing Delivery orders
• Answering Agents Queries
• Handling consol containers & Transshipments
• Handling entire front office duties
• Provide information of import, export & sea, air and land
• Transport rates, Freight details, Freight Schedules and Sailing Schedules to clients
• Issue Routing Orders to concerned agents once orders are confirmed for Import
• Arranger for Container Release after verification of cost with Shipping lines for Export
• Obtain shipment details and advise clients
• Provide quotation to Clients & follow up
• Follow up on Customer Complaints
• Maintain record of customer related process
