- Make presentation about company activities in General (DSG/DES/DGT)
- Follow up with consultant to facilitate the answers for any technical requirements and insure that our product/company specified in future projects
- Full awareness of the coming projects related to the Clients/Consultants/ Contractors and passes the same to Division Manager’s for their actions
- Facilitate the approval for existing projects (O&G Companies/Utilities)
- Follow up Pre-qualifications/Registration of the company for all clients related to: Commercial & Residential Market / Energy and Infrastructure Market / Oil & Gas Market in coordination with respected Division’s Manager
- Finding new opportunities with electrical manufacturer’s related to our business portfolio and follow up the agreement and insure agreements are in line with company policies in coordination with Vice President.
- Establish and implement insurance administration within the projects in collaboration with Finance and Legal Departments.
- Prepare Management Contracts Status Reports.

- Specify MK, Ex-Or, Friedland, Ega (Wiring Devices/ Cable Management/ Lighting Controls/ Lighting Fittings) products to consultants and interior designers in the region.
- Develop strong relations with Key customers (MEP Consultants, Developers, Main Clients).
- Close Follow-up of job in hand and tender projects.
- Provide Market Studies and proper business plans.

Follow-up with SE Channel Partners; Franchised Panel Builders. Identify business opportunities by identifying channel partner needs. Develop FPB and empower them in the market.
- Build up Customers’ database to be followed regularly.
- Prescription: Prescribe the product properly to be included in the vendors list.
- Provide technical support and trainings for the concerned customers.
- Conduct Market studies: market key players, competition status, product’s market share (TAM, SAM, PAM).
- Prepare technical and marketing portfolios (SWOT Analysis/ Full product specifications & drawings, technologies, standards compliance, Electrical testing certificates, COO).
- Work closely with Utilities to get product approvals.

Identify business opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share.
- Sustain a relationship with key accounts by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs; anticipating new opportunities.

- Receive and register tickets based on customer enquiries, complaints, and feedback.
- Expedite replies within KPI limits.
- Solve technical, commercial, and logistics claims using SCALA and GDB

- Coordinate inputs from the various functional departments and out house contractors contributing to the execution of the project.
- Organize the generation of deliverables/reports/procedures required for the project.
- Draft contract documents, interpret contractual obligations and assist in the administration of approved contracts.
- Review and report on contractual deviations in bids. Participate in commercial bid evaluations.
- Develop and prepare price schedules in line with agreed contracting strategies.
- Study and evaluate claims and change order requests in accordance with contractual obligations and advise on appropriate measures.
