• Lead and drive the Warehouse function,
• Managing the Transportation,
• Monitor overall warehouse operations flow to ensure process efficiency,
• Monitor the ST & SO completion on time.
• To Prepare all sorts of reports Daily, Weekly and Monthly basis on time.
• To handle more than 40 manpower and 40K sq ft warehouse.

1. SOP & W/H Operations:
• To write & implement the SOP and Work instruction for new projects,
• Do the case study for failure, and improve the operation result.
• Monitor overall warehouse operations flow to ensure process efficiency,
• Schedule warehouse team members to meet the demands of the facility,
• Improve warehouse facility layout,
• Monitor all inbound & Outbound shipments,
• Ensure timely Invoice, Packing list, GRN entries & documentations.
• Maintaining Stock / Inventory with valuation,
• Increase accuracy level in inwards & outwards,
• Monitor timely packing of dispatch material,
• Identify the cost reduction areas & implements the strategies for cost reduction,
• ensure the FIFO for the issued materials,
• Updation of ISO related documents,
• Conducting the internal audits to ensure the process are followed,
• Practicing ISO 9K, 14K & 18K procedures.
2. Logistics & Customer Service:
• Ensure high standards of Customer Satisfaction through timely delivery to all customers through efficient logistics and customer service processes,
• Supervising the fleet of vehicles, determining and analyzing transporting cost,
• Ensuring timely dispatch as per schedule,
• Maintain SOPs for all activities in the logistics and Stores,
• Good rapport maintains with inter departments, CS, PMC, production, as well service providers,
• Import Clearance,
• Imports & Exports documentation,
• CHA Co ordination.
3. Inventory Maintenance:
• Ensure to daily cycle count for movement part codes,
• Ensure to Perpetual count for as per weekly schedule,
• Monthly stock count for 100% inventory,
• Ensure the Nil variance for all inventories.
4. Communication & MIS:
• Follow up with vendors & buyers for inbound shipments & Return Goods likes damages, quality issue material,
• Timely sending mails related to claims or discrepancies,
• Generated Daily Receiving Report, Delivery Report, Short Supplies, and Discrepancy report,
• Maintain KPI, Productivity, attendance report of staff & contract employees.
5. Team Management:
• Motivate personnel for increased efficiency, productivity and achieve maximum potential,
• Ensure key performance metrics, SOPs established by company are consistently monitored and maintained

6. Warehouse Safety and security:
• Ensure proper training is imparted to all the associates on fire and first aid safety,
• Ensure that all warehouse safety and security precautions and measures are being complied with at all times,
• Ensure all the equipments are in running condition. In case of any break down, make timely service calls and ensure that the downtime is minimized,
• Monitoring the scrap clearance as per schedule
7. Replenishment:
• Vendor identification for replenishment of Local products,
• Replenishment of Local and Regional products as per the MOQs and ROL.

• Inventory control.
• Generation of trip sheet from the system for transporting materials,
• GRN Preparation in system,
• Maintain the stock ledger,
• Generating monthly & Daily Report for RM Receipt details in the system,
• Generating daily reports for mother ware house stock transfer details in System.
• Receipts / consumption / Inhouse Reports generation on weekly basis and monthly reportes submit to HOD.
• Scrap Disposal.
• On time delivery of materials without deviation in production plan
