• Review engineering drawings and prepare Manufacturing BPMs, estimating manufacturing lead time for all parts.
• Identify approved Tools & Test Equipment’s and identifying, developing and fabricating source production fixtures for performing Electrical Harness functional test.

• Coordinating with Design Engineering team and participating in the Engineering Change Order process to incorporate process documentation (Standard Work) corrections, and corrections to routers, Bills of Materials, and other documentation errors.
• Prepare training plan for New device /Technology to support future production and evaluating manufacturing and product related issues, and customer complaints to determine opportunities for process improvements and better product performance.
• Managing Team in Assembly & maintaining KPI.
• Trained new trainee staff in Prep area and Created Prep Production Plan
Trouble shoot, develop, and modify IFE Harness Assembly as per the Engineering drawing.
• Analysing & Improving Information and manufacturing flow and apply problem solving techniques and lead cross functional activities to resolve manufacturing and business process problems.
• Discussing with Manager/Supervisor about new improvements in assembly process.
• Conducting 5S/ Lean Manufacturing & Kaizen Activities regularly.
• Creating layout and implementing in assembly
• Familiarity with aviation manufacturing quality requirements and understanding of EASA, FAA, AS9100 regulations.
• Identifying and seeking new business opportunities for strategic considerations
• Preparation of Pre-Qualification document
• Registration of Oil field companies like Halliburton, Luke Oil & ADNOC etc.
• Handling Products/Projects/ Service Sales within MENA region
• Resolving any kind of techno commercial issues of clients
• Interacting with clients & gathering their requirements effectively for offer submission
• Working closely with End user/Consultants/Oil & Gas EPC Contractors/Service Companies for complete sales cycle

• Providing solution Industrial Automation/Projects in Pneumatics, Electropneuatic, PLC, Servo Motor, Linear, Drives, Electrical Drives and Actuators, Sensors, Industrial Valves, Processes Valves with actuators, Vibration Technology (Pneumatic & electrical vibrators), Air Compressor and Air management System, Gas springs, linear electric actuator, diaphragm pumps and Motors and Air dryer.
