3.Help to speed up in resolving outstanding issues with the relevant design teams and forward required information to the client/ project management team and the contractor to avoid any possible delays to site progress.
4.Reviewing and recommending of all submitted subcontractors, suppliers and installers at site.

5.Reviewing and recommending of submitted shop drawings, technical submittals, method statements, and information requests from contractor, subcontractors.

6.Site coordination of structural, architectural, and MEP drawings.

7.Reviewing and recommending any civil variation claims requested by contractor.

5.Arranging all required materials and machines for construction works (sand, cement, ceramics, marble, bobcat, trucks, transportations…etc).
6.Arranging planning work schedule of subcontractors and checking progress of works.

1.Execution and supervision all structural activities in the tower (3B+G+34) starting from excavation and piling works.
2.Control and managing manpower at site including subcontractors.
3.Arranging payments of subcontractors at several stages and several activities (excavation works, piling works, dewatering systems, pile head breakings, membrane water proofing works, spray plaster (guniting) works, post tension and core wall slip form system).
4.Preparing monthly planning schedule of works and submitting percentage of completed work report by end of month to estimate progress of works.
5.Arranging all required materials and machines for construction works (steel, concrete, decking materials, comprisors, vibrators…etc).
