In my work I deal with organizing all administration issues such as check in, check out, recording the customers’ data on the system and organize the meals time as well as the reservation and the social media communications.
As our aim is achieving customer centricity and satisfaction so we are working on handle and finalize the customers’ inquiries in a fast and accurate way
One of the tasks also is the internal communications with other departments and this is to organize the work flow between front office, other departments and the head office as well. Also have a sales & marketing role to increase the company income. Thus, The main goal is to reach high level of quality in work and to achieve the guest satisfaction.
Managing Restaurant and prepare reports to the owner with the daily workflow.. working in keeping the workflow harmony between all areas in the restaurants as well as to reach high level of hygiene and reach high level of customer satisfaction by serving them in appropriate way and in a timely manner.
I'm responsible also for the marketing planning as well as in coordinating any issue related to the restaurant innovation.
I have attended the hotel launching and I'm working as Night Auditor in charge.
I'm responsible for guest check in and check out, prepare police report, handle customer complaint if any, help and support customer in any inquiry within my responsibilties and many other adminstration support and responsible in audit the team performance and handle any mistake/error if any.
