• Manage inventory to optimize sales and profit, in cooperation with the Circa Creative Director
• Coordinated all aspects of the business between departments including merchandising, warehousing, customer service, shipping and warehousing.
• Serve as liaison between Production, department stores and sales staff.
• Routinely communicate store status including: sales, returns, issues, aging, and inventory opportunities and request assistance if needed from owner.
• Ensure accurate showroom inventory, sales reports and bank records
Sales,
• Follow up & ensure the registration of the company with all contractors, consultants and major prospects.
• Conduct sales visits for the potential customers and prepare the sales offers.
• Manage the customer’s data by keeping updates and registries and handle the filing of all sales related documents.
• Apply and Abide by ISO9001 requirements for the sales process.
Logistics,
• Coordinate the delivery & Installation of sold generators, Commissioning on-site if needed until verifying the process completion and customer satisfied.
Organization & Archiving,
• Ensure proper communication of all sales related documents in accordance and compliance to ISO9001 standard requirements.
Customer Service,
• Keep a proper communication with customers by building a good rapport, being available to respond to the customer's inquiries and showing a good-will.
Company representing,
• Attend exhibitions related to the company's field of work by visiting stands and communicating with potential customers to network and market the company name and image.
Administration,
• Assist in the administration related jobs pertaining to the company's standing and operation.
▪ Provide administration support to the site project team assisting with the overall administration of the Company Project.
▪ Distribute, manage, monitor and report timelines and assist with internal budgets, contracts.
▪ Manage administrative tasks such as Filing, Document Controlling, and corresponds.
