1- Develop a marketing plan for the retail shops ( Bonjour )
2- Develop partnership agreements with FMCG suppliers (Coca cola - Mars - Kraft - BAT - PMI - Redbull )
3- Develop partnership agreements with service providers in the stations (bridgestone - Banks )
4- Plan, implement a promotional calendar for the shops .
Develop the network of service stations in Egypt
- Participate in the (5) years strategic plan.
- Prepare project Profitability Study for each potential project.
- Suggest and design the layout of the stations.
- Conduct surveys or research from time to time on competitor’s activities and retail trends.
- Handle all contract negotiations between the company and the land lords.
- Supervise the part time team responsible for Licensing & legal issues.
- Check and monitor the competition.
- Conduct post mortem analysis for the projects.
- Manage the major modernization projects in the existing network.

3- Develop customer complaint handling system for Total Egypt
4- Develop Retail Managment reporting system for the subordinates .

1- Improve shop levels of Total Egypt stations
2- Develop business partnerships ( BAT, COCA COLA, HSBC, NSGB, Bridgestone )
3- Manage, plan the promotions with our business partners
4- Introduced the catering concept in Total stations (Cilantro )
5- Design the lay out of the shops
6- Approve the plannograms of the shops
7- Provide training to the station dealers, shop managers on shop managment
