o Review of Contract documents and Issued for construction (IFC) documents.
o Check the Contract Price Breakdown Schedule, the Bill of Quantities and unit rates against the commercial tender documents including the adjustments made during the bid clarification and final negotiation stage
o Assist to Lead Quantity Surveyor for Preparation of Base line budget and cost acivity code in conjuction with the Work Break down structure.
o Preparation of Activity % (weightage) Breakup for each BOQ Items & Obtain approval from client prior to prepare the Measurement sheet /Progress valuation
o Preparation of monthly progress valuation / billing in co-ordination with the project planning engineer and getting approval from client.
o Preparation of project status report for monthly and quarterly project review meet.
o Analyse, prepare and submit monthly performance and revenue report.
o Preparation of monthly performance and cost forecast values (GVWS / BCWS).
o Monitor the ACWP on regular basis as per actual work quantities performed at site and control the project cost within the budget.
o Change order processing - analysis, evaluation, documentation, co-ordination with construction team, pricing, submittal to client, negotiation, follow-up and invoicing.
o Continuously involved in gathering & consolidating of relevant information and documents in preparations of extra claims and submissions to client..
o Subcontract management - verifiy & certification of Subcontractor’s Invoice with necessary progress evaluation summary in-line with Subcontract Agreement terms and preparation of payment certificates.
o Carry-out Project commercial close out includes issues final invoice and coordinate with project team and other support department regarding the requirements for the release of retention money
Establish the measurement sheet for all mechanical works, and it is used to track down the accomplishment in weekly and monthly progress for billing purposes. And also finalize the Progress Valuation Sheet.

Follow up with erection team for early handing over of the systems from erection to commissioning
Preparation of erection deficiency list which hinder the hot commissioning
Manpower planning to ensure timely completion of projects.
System readiness check in accordance with P& ID”
Cold commissioning of field instruments
Loop checks from field instruments to field junction box
Commissioning of MOV”S & pneumatic operated valves
Operational checks of individual equipments from DCS
Operation of the HRSG systems carried out from DCS workstation as per the plant requirement
o Recording hourly readings
o To control the Drum level, Furnace, Draught and Mill loadings
o Meeting out Emergencies in Boiler incase concerned operator is under local rounds
o Carrying out the local operations while the boiler operators are at desk
