• In-charge of all on-going projects and ensures smooth operations.
• Maintaining good relationship to the Main Contractor, MEP Contractor especially to the clients.
• Ensuring that assigned projects are executed with quality and within timescale.
• On-site liaising with Main Contractor and MEP Engineers for the execution of the project.
• Preparing Project Progress Reports and updates.
• Providing training for the client representatives and responsible for handing-over the systems installed.
• Preparing technical submittal which includes Block diagrams, Data Sheets and Compliance Statements.
• Preparing Operations and Maintenance Manual i.e. Shop Drawings/ As-Built & Calculations (as required) for the system as per Client’s requirement.
• Analyzing tender drawings, preparing BOQs and generating BOM as per the specification.
• Approval and checking of Testing & Commissioning Reports submitted by Technical Supervisor.
• Managing a group of Technicians and Supervisor to achieve efficient workflow.
TECHNICAL DETAILS:
• Designing and Implementation of SMATV System on different platforms such as IF, RF, RF+ IF, RF+ Fiber Optics according to the customer requirements for commercial and office building, villas, including VIP palaces, etc.
• Experienced in IPTV Headend set-ups, configurations and VLAN networking for IPTV stream multicasting.
• Familiar with Digital Head end system such as COFDM and QAM with programming.
• Thorough knowledge in using Spectrum Analyzer (Analogue & Digital).
• Designing and Implementation of CCTV system for high rise residential buildings, office building and private villas.
• Expertise in the configuration, troubleshooting and management of DVRs, Fixed Cameras (Fixed Box & Dome), PTZ cams, Controllers, etc..
• Thorough knowledge in IPCCTV System. From Network Video Recorder (NVR) selection to data storage computation, required Core Switch, Aggregation and Distribution Switches networked to the H.264 IP cameras.
