oversee all plant activities and manufacturing operations, including safety norms, quality control, sales, scheduling, client compliances, warehousing, production, product, storage, loading and shipping.
Monitored on a daily basis the schedule of work associated, initiated corrective action, ensure equipment and plant operations are conducted within the agreed financial parameters. Participate and coordinate for the purchasing of new equipment for the project construction activities and proposed supplier.
Lamination of fiberglass for yachts (structure, main deck... etc), Gel coating, painting, Engine room installation and testing.
Maintenance of Geotechnical Equipment Drilling Rigs
(Cutter BC-32 on BG 40), Desanding Plant, Crane Crawlers up to 70T, Land Equipment and Light Vehicles.
•Coordinating parts equipment, new model stock order, pre-bookings trends, back orders with sales department and body shop to ensure the right parts are available and there is no delay or loss of labor hours due to lack of coordination.
•Ensure that all the workshop functions are staffed with the requisite numbers and caliber of staff to meet its objective and that they are developed and motivated and encouraged to maximize their capability and contribution.
Following a periodical schedule program for different equipment operating, instruction manuals, service, hydraulic and transmissions systems for different equipment makes and models, wire ropes, bearing and pumps.
Recording of daily defects and remarks for project’s marine floating, geotechnical and earth moving equipment, follow corrective, predictive maintenance programs.
