• Responsible for checking / repairing of electric test machine, leading and training of Test Technician and Rework Analysis Operator for troubleshooting and repairing of defective packages.
• Troubleshoots and monitors non-conforming package stock from test machines.
• Trains Rework Analysis Operator on the correct analysis/method troubleshooting and repair of non-conforming packages.
• Performs administrative duties such as recommending promotions and giving appraisals to Rework Analysis Operator under his supervision.
• Performs other function/duties as maybe required by the superior after due training/qualification.
• Perform installation/preventive maintenance of machines as required: Inspection, cleaning, calibration, replacement of parts, etc. of low-end and high-end photocopying and risograph machines.
• Perform electrical safety testing of low-end and high-end photocopying and risograph machines, devices, and systems.
• Provide technical assistance and instruction to customers/personnel on equipment operation and maintenance.
• To train and educate customers on specific equipment.
• Visit accounts as assigned on a scheduled basis / prompt call to check machine performance and meet customer satisfaction.
• Monitoring of machine performance, recommending actions to solve machine-related problems within the given period.
• Preparation and Submission of reports: Expense summary and maintenance visits.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.
