a. Receiving containers and tracking the data from the terminal, pick up depots and upload it to our manual tracking system.
b. Prepare daily stock status reports and submit it to our office and agents worldwide.
c. Manage local containers maintenance and repair by following up with our agents to ensure accurate expenses.
d. Write reminders to customers with outstanding containers.
e. Arrange inbound movements and inter port transportation
f. Arrange the allocation of empty containers
g. Storage calculation for outstanding empty/full containers
h. Purchasing containers worldwide from trusted buyers
a. Making shipping order and bill of lading
b. Responsible for communications with clients by mail, phone and fax (Typically Communications may include customers calling to place an order or checking on the status of an existing order.)
c. Making every attempt to resolve the customer's needs as fully and quickly as possible.
d. Requesting pickups for items they may be returning and asking questions related to billing and account refund.
e. Handle these contacts in a friendly manner while maintaining professionalism at all times.
f. Assist customers with the order process and provide the most current shipping status on existing orders.
g. Communicate with shipping companies regarding estimated delivery times and causes for delays.

a. Data entry for export & import movements for the containers.
b. Receive, monitor and process daily freight movements
c. Ensuring the correct paperwork is in place for shipments and their exporters.
d. Monitor freight throughout the export process and report to a branch supervisor or manager
e. Prepare and provide documents to customers in accordance with the terms of shipment standard operating procedures. These shipping terms are pre-defined by both the client and the export company.
