 To schedule appointments and maintains calendar for the General Manager
 Coordinates GM driver and transportation requirements, if necessary
 Take minutes of major meetings as maybe required by the General Manager
 Arranges business itineraries and co-ordinates General Manager’s travel requirements
 Sorts and furnish incoming mails and documents for the General Manager and attaches appropriate file to facilitate necessary action, determines routing, signature required and maintains follow up
 Receives incoming calls for the General Manager and takes messages as appropriate
 Prepares communication outlined by General Manager in oral or written directions.
 Maintains filing or records management system and other office flow procedures
 To co-ordinates with Division Heads on meeting deadlines per General Manager’s directions
 Act as administration consultant to staff on certain issues
