• Setting up the Tax, Social security, VAT and other related authorities in both Sudan and Egypt.
• Importing the needed equipment for starting the operation in Egypt.
• Choose the Lab location and setting up the Lab equipment in the new facility in Egypt.
• Obtaining the operation license and taking over the facility from the Client in Sudan.
• Hiring the staff in both Sudan and Egypt with coordination with new Lab Managers.
• Other tasks with Accounting firms & Tax consultants to set up the business in Sudan and Egypt.

Upon leaving to ALS Arabia Biyaq, both ALS Sudan and ALS Egypt were in production and issued their first invoices.
