Worked as shopper - quality audit - in Ahli united bank ( part time contract ). The contract was in February 2014 to march 2014. My job was to rate the Competitor branches . In this period i learned the the banking customer service keys and how to serve the customers in a professional way. I enjoyed in this experience and it gave me a lot of advantages to apply it in my future career.
- Maintain and develop good relationship with customers through personal contact or meetings or via telephone etc.
- Help management in forthcoming products and discuss on special promotions.
- Review their own performance and aim at exceeding their targets.
