As an associate consultant I contribute to several projects within the retail motor industry. I have completed job analysis and profiling, designed competency frameworks, the skills assessment matrix, performance review system, staff development planning, and dealership performance evaluation framework. I have also delivered training and coaching for managers in assessment procedures and psychometrics.

As an instructor contributed to design and delivery of a National Development Programme within the UAE secondary schools. The programme focused on strategic management of academic and employment choices. Classroom instruction covered a broad range of soft skills and group practice exposed participants to resource constraints and social conflict to improve performance through reflection and peer-feedback. Responsibilities:
