Manage the daily business activities of the company, staffing, organizing, directing and controlling
Responsible for planning all Marketing and promotional activities of the company.
Coordinate with professional advisors such as an accountant, banker and/or lawyer to provide expert information about the company.
Investigate the economic conditions surrounding similar business such as industry trends and competition.
Attend workshops, trade shows, and seminars to keep up-to-date on changes in the industry.
Conduct extensive market research prior to executing new ideas and market test before full launch of new product
Develop a situation analysis company including its strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats to assist in the development of a strategic plan for the future of the business
Secure sufficient financial resources for future development or expansion.
