Ensuring all the Fixed Assets are booked before the month end closing.
Ensuring all Prepaid & Provisions are sufficiently & correctly provided as per the schedule.
Responsible for Closing of Books of Accounts each month.
Preparation of Consolidation of monthly MIS, Profit and Loss & Balance Sheet & Reporting to the Management by the schedule time period.
Preparation of Variance Reports for Budgetary Control.
Budgeting & Monitoring Actual against Budget for every year.
Responsible for Statutory Audit: Completion, preparation of all schedules, interacting with auditors.

Review & monitor all expenses postings in the finance software.
Ensure timely payments of all utilities, contractual agreements on due dates.
Approval of all the cash Vouchers, Purchase orders and sales orders.
Review & monitoring of timely Supplier Payment.
Monitoring accounting revenue updating regularly.
Monitoring & interpreting of Bank Reconciliation Statements on daily basis for effective fund management.
Liaison with banks regarding LCs, Guarantees, Deposit Rates, Bank Charges & any other dispute.
Ensure timely collection of all receipts related to other income.
Ensuring all provisions are sufficiently provided & schedules updated.
Closing of books of accounts each month & reporting MIS timely.
o Ensuring all the expenses, capex, petty cash, sales, other income & banking entries passed before the time limit for all stores,
o Downloading Trial Balance & Transaction listing from the books of accounts,
o Checking of variances & controls of the ledgers with the Trial Balance,
o Analyzing the P&L heads with their budget,
o Analyzing the variances of the Sub-heads of P&L with their budget & last month figures,
o Analyzing the variances of the BS heads with last month figures,
o Analyzing the variances of section-wise staff cost with their budget & last month figures,
o Analyzing the variances of existing staff cost with last month figures,
o Analyzing the cost of new joinee with their agreements,
o Preparation & Analyzing the other rental income with their budget,
o Preparation of variance report for each variance in P&L & staff cost.
o Preparation of P&L, BS & variance report in MS-PowerPoint.
Preparation of schedules of all profit & loss & balance sheet items including advances, deposits & provisions each month.
Monthly reports to service head regarding their monthly revenues & expenses compared to budget.
Monitoring & interpreting of Supplier Reconciliation in every quarter.
Ensuring the intercompany reconciliation & balance confirmation in monthly basis.
Ensuring the Salary Reconciliation with HR in every month.
Preparation of Staff Cost Accrual on monthly basis.
Statutory Audit: Completion, preparation of all schedules, interacting with auditors.
Responsible for all accounts and finance functions of the operation, including raising long term loan, working capital from various financial institutions; managing accounts of head office and factory.
Responsible for the maintenance of Pay Roll
Handling branch Auditing of the Inventory & Cash
Finalization of Bank Reconciliation Statements, checking bills of vendors, cash expense statements, etc.
Responsible for the renewal of maintenance contracts of factory and office equipments, lease and rental agreements and insurance.
Responsible for the purchase of fixed assets, equipments, office supplies etc.
Preparation of Cost sheets of projects based on anticipated expenses & profit margin
Assist in the preparation of Annual Budgets.
Developing external relationships with appropriate contacts e.g. auditors, solicitors & bankers arranging new sources of finance for a company's debt facilities.
Finalization of Accounts, preparation of Profit & Loss Account and Balance Sheet.
Maintaining daily accounts and TDS, Service Tax, VAT & CST.
Branch Auditing of the Cash & Inventory
Preparation of monthly MIS Reports on the basis of Debtors Ageing.
Preparation of Sales & Collection Analysis
Preparation of Department wise Revenue Analysis.
Handling reconciliation of debtors' ledgers, bank (collection account), cash & cheques collection.
Preparation of Bank Reconciliation statement
Assist in the preparation of Profit & Loss A/c & Balance Sheet.
Taking adequate measures to ensure timely receipt of payments from debtors and recovery of bad debts.
