Act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers, generally representing one or the other.
Promote sales of properties through advertisements and social network website.
Compare a property with similar properties that have recently sold in order to determine its competitive market price.
Coordinate appointments to show homes to prospective buyers.

Maintain detail reports on Landlords for sale and rent.
Building a rapport with Landlords to sign the property management contract.
Consistently provides improved service and maintain a positive and professional working attitude.
Review leases expiration dates and delivers notices, which allows adequate time to schedule an appointment with the resident to review and sign the new lease.
Sending notices to the defaulting Tenants and follow up to recover money.
Preparing to move in and move out inspection.
Preparing Ejari through online for all the rented units.
Co-ordinate with contractors to fix all the maintenance of the apartments.
Co-ordinate with facility management to sort out common areas and community issues.
Coordinate with Legal Coordinator to file Rent Case.
Provide the updated listing of vacant and upcoming units to leasing team on a daily basis.
Securely filing all rental PDC cheques and depositing in the Bank on the due date.
Controlling the purchase and supply of all procured items & services.
Negotiating price and terms of products with suppliers. Managing, developing & improving the purchasing team.
Benchmarking performance of the Supply Chain.
Establishing terms, pricing, quality requirements, delivery, and contracts. Adhering to all company policies on particular regard for accounting procedures
Reviewing all contracts/agreements to achieve ‘best price/best quality’ purchasing.
Preparing & processing requisitions, purchase orders & invoices for purchases. Making recommendations & advising senior management on all purchasing issues.
Maintaining records of supplier contracts, agreements, goods ordered received.
Arranging to deliver the items on scheduled time for clients.
Preparing LPO, recording delivered items, posting and documentation.
Administration of various jobs such as arranging the air tickets for all the staffs, monitoring all the IT equipment’s and purchasing.
Coordinating with the facility management for the regular maintenance of our office and warehouse.
