• Work with the CEO and board members to drive the companys mission, vision, and values. Aligning our operational strategies with these core principles.
• Lead strategic developments to ensure that the company achieves its short and long-term objectives.
• Manages client relations to ensure fulfilment of technical requirements, schedule, and quality with positive feedback. Maintains stakeholders communication and ensures effective engagement.
• Manages budgeting, Cost control, invoicing, billing, cash flow, and projects close-out.
• Supervises the development of operations plans, predicts trends and significant changes to better plan for staffing, and personnel, develops optimum execution plans, schedules, budgeting, and analyses performance. Respond to changes and claims while maximizing resource utilization, productivity, and efficiency.
• Enforce ES&H compliance, evaluation, and metrics according to plans, standards, and safety codes.
• Create efficient strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure that operations run with legality and conformity to established and applied regulations within the contract requirements and specs.
• Directs the preparation of health, progress, and KPIs reports. Provide presentations to top management and clients as required.
• Keeps the involved stakeholders informed of projects status, highlights deviations from plans, anticipates potential problem areas, analyses, and provides solutions and corrective actions.
• Overseeing overall performance by gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data and metrics.
• Recommend new and innovative construction methodologies and follow applicable best practices. Maximize the benefits of the teams expertise to overcome obstacles and achieve results.
• Provide support, and continuous communication to the team through regular and one-to-one meetings. Assure team motivation, and collaboration, provide clear vision, and lead towards achieving targets.
• Empower team members with clear roles, responsibilities, and strategic insights. Foster continuous improvement and share organizational lessons learned for ongoing company development.
• Contribute toward a positive and healthy work environment to promote the organizations culture, and values and ensure it reflects at all sites.
Delivered a portfolio of projects and programs within the infrastructure of New Capital. Maintained stakeholders’ engagements and developed new projects’ awards from NUCA. Engaged with the client through projects Pre-Design, Design Development, Contract documents, Tendering, and contract award.

Managed stakeholders’ communication including clients, consultants, and subcontractors. Monitored project progress and performed analysis in the event of deviations or changes in contract scope.
