 Reviewing the project once handed over from Tender
 Complete Project Entry in SAP
 Weekly meeting with planner for near terms load distribution
 Complete coordination with SEC for approval of Ext. RMUs
 Order Acknowledgement to customer and Internal Process for Payment
 Meeting with planner and discuss on monthly load
 Rolling Wave Planning for different type of RMUs
 Handling project with the support of Department Manager
 Co-ordination with cross functional and end-user on the material dispatch
 Complete documentation including DRR from SEC & Test reports
 Invoice Planning as per the Load
 Coordination with cross functional & obtaining approval on Prototype
 Handling more than 30 projects of MV secondary
 Regular meetings with planner for RMU's need & production status
 Follow up with End-user on Payments
 Follow Up internally and arranging FAT
 Coordination with core unit on scope clearance and logistical issues
 Monthly Invoicing as per delivery.
 Support function to the project team in commercial terms and obtaining the progressive payments as per project planning.
 Maintaining corporate database with fleet information of a corporate.
 Supporting clients by frequent corporate visit together.
 Drawing Approvals, material inspection, project planning & co-ordination.
