• Ensure that a database of competitors, potential clients and opportunities is maintained and that proper systems are in place to capture critical market intelligence related to these parties.

• Develop and ensure the implementation of department policies, procedures and controls covering all areas of department activity so that all relevant procedural/legislative/ regulatory requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service
