* handling import & Export process (L/C, CAD, and all international payment terms and able to understand and deal with L/C ( Standby L/C, cash against document and all payment terms, can also prepare documents for the import process and validate all process documents

* Better use of internet for surfing and making good data base for importers or exporters and getting trade leads of oils world wide
* Supply Chain & Production Supervising for various kinds of Lubricants through supply of raw materials in coordination with blending units to get final products based on a certain specification and quality levels in criteria of products
* Helping in setting yearly supply chain plans for the company
* Developing production ( Supply Chain) Monthly plans in relation with sales sector Plans ( Commercial, retail, ) and coordinating with sales about offers, promotions, discounts and all factors that may affect demand of finished products thus Developing a supply chain plan for producing company products following all raw materials, Base oils, Additives cartons etc.. are in the right place & time to produce sufficient quality finished product on time
* Daily contact with raw material suppliers to ensure all raw materials are coping with quality standards
* checking client's complains on company's products & analyze the responsible part or process and revert to solve it
* Supervising the whole team of supply chain department
(15 employee) to the way Supply plans operate
For export Duties :
* marketing through surfing internet, gathering lubricants importers, wholesalers, database to get in contacts
* Promoting a wide range of oil products ( Diesel, Gasoline, industrial oils, Hydraulic oils, Greases
* Pricing for products of the company and make promotions
* handling Export process (L/C, CAD, and all international payment terms and able to understand and deal with L/C ( Standby L/C, cash against document and all payment terms, also prepare needed documents and approvals for the Export process and validate all documents
* logistics and shipping process, shipment tracking, containers dispatch, Documents follow up,
* always up to date about the market of base oils, additive lubricants, products, competitions, offers, etc.....
Install and configure workstations.
Install, configure and maintain operating systems.
Recommend and schedule repairs.
Perform system backups and recovery.
Maintain data files and monitor system configuration to ensure data integrity.
Provide end user support for all LAN- based applications.
Provide support to end users on a variety of issues.
Maintain, analyze, troubleshoot, and repair computer systems, hardware and computer peripherals.
Support, monitor, test, and troubleshoot hardware and software problems pertaining to LAN.
Document, maintain, upgrade or replace hardware and software systems.
Identify, research, and resolve technical problems.
Respond to telephone calls, email and personnel requests for technical support.
Observe peripheral equipment and error messages displayed on monitor of terminal to detect faulty output or machine stoppage.
Perform Monitoring and Administration Tasks:
Provide technical advice's for the technical support team.
Perform certain tasks assigned by Technical Support Manager related to configuring and maintaining Active Directory, Group Policy Objects, Email Server and Internal Communications.
Study, initiate, test and implement new services and server software to improve the performance of our whole LAN/WAN.
Detect, diagnose, and report operating system related problems on desktop systems
