1 Preparing the financial analysis and the necessary tax inspection documents.
2 Preparing the sample of the necessary tax inspection documents.
3 Fixing date with the concerned tax inspector and accompanying him during the inspection works.
4 Following up the tax inspector upon preparing the inspection memorandum till the memorandum is approved by the tax department and issue the tax form.
5 Objecting and appealing against any tax form in case if there arises any disputes between the company and the Tax Authorities and we will work to solve to the disputes at the internal committee and reach to the committee's decision with result compatible with the tax laws and its similar cases.
6 Following up the issuance of the final tax form.
7 In case if there is any dispute that has been transferred to the appeal committee, we will prepare an appeal memorandum accompanied by documents supporting the company point of view and we will attend and discourse the disputes in front of the appeal committee and follow up the issuance of the committee's decision.
8 The ability to audit the accounts of corporate tax.
