-Manage the flow of all financial information in the Morocco Platform into ICARDA’s accounting system and ensure that data are entered in an accurate, complete and timely manner;
-Prepare the bank and petty cash reconciliation
-Monitor cash reserve and maintain cash controls
-Maintain the accounts payable/liabilities and their payments and debts maturity
-Close follow up on the purchase orders (PO) on expired budgets
-Collaborate for the closing/reporting with the PSD to follow up on the status of open PO
-Maintain the payroll system including CNSS and CIMR processing for the national recruited staff
-Ensure that the implementation of Finance processes and procedures are in accordance with ICARDA policies
-Prepare monthly financial status report of finance operation in Morocco Platform
-Assist the internal and external auditors for their mission
