● Facilitated timely erection of a frozen French fries production line (1 ton / hr.).
● Developed raw materials specifications, advised on post-harvest practices and cold
storage conditions for 90000 ton of potatoes dedicated to manufacturing.
● Co-established plan layout, materials and people flow. Solved challenges of limited
available production hall space.
● Facilitated successful erection, commissioning and startup of a frozen French fries
production line (Kuipers French fries processing line 1 ton/hr, Octofrost freezing tunnel
IQF, packaging machine, refrigerated stores, and heater and ammonia chillers).
● Established and implemented production plan for the production season.
● Managed a team of 22 associates.
● Lead cleaning building and equipment prior to commissioning and start-up, Lead
chocolate making facility through commissioning and start-up.
● Facilitated continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives.
● Lead site safety, quality and food safety planned inspections.
● Supervised three short cut pasta production lines (Buhler) total capacity 10 tons / hr.
● Supervised a team of +20 associates, responsible for scheduling production and
inventory control.
