Responsibilities and tasks:

- Supporting the commercial as an expert in the technical solution portfolio (VAS, Terminals, M2M & IoT) to provide a feasibility study of the solution that match commercial requirements and develop impact analysis documents.
- Analyze commercial projects/products & services deliverables and provide appropriate feasible technical solutions in cooperation with all project stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements and business needs into technical specifications.
- Owns the technical solution during the various project phases and ensure that all concerned technical resources are used efficiently to enhance project performance and increase project quality.
- Drive and manage technical solutions end to end including planning and implementation during project life cycle.
- Work and co-ordinate with technical teams, third parties and vendors to realize and deliver the commercial requirements.
- Provide post-launch assessment and reports for the commercially launched products and services.
- Leading ideas from proof of concepts/prototype phase to revenue bearing products.
- Participate in producing and responding to the required RFP/RFIs and assess the technical & commercial suppliers' response and report vendors/suppliers evaluations to the upper management.
- Handle and control project scope, time, quality, risk and communication during project life cycle.
- Propose new services/ideas/initiatives to commercial after performing advisory studies, attending workshops and trials to increase Etisalat revenue, Business opportunities, enhance Etisalat image and portfolio.
- Integrate, handle and control third parties products & services and provide high quality of service and provide appropriate SLA.
- Coordinate the execution of user acceptance testing (UAT), provide test scenarios and facilitate problems resolution to launch a “bug free” products and services. Integration, testing, approval and acceptance for different terminals (Mobile devices, USB modems, ADSL routers, M2M devices, Wireless Gateways, Enterprise CPEs …).
- Prepare engineering documents, procedures, test cases and solutions for terminals validation process.
- Troubleshoot, report and follow up issues that appear during terminals acceptance phase using different troubleshooting tools i.e. QXDM, BBSWL.
- Improve existing testing reports and develop new ones, according to the technical requirements.
- Supported Creation and Implementation of etisalat Terminals Lab.
- Issuance of terminals analytics dashboards for different terminals KPIs.
- Designs and maintains in-life updates for technical details on services flows.
- Evaluates options for technical evolutions on services flows.
- Organizes and participates in testing for new technologies evolution i.e. IPv6, LTE, Wi-Fi calling etc.
- Illustrate RFPs/RFQs for different new terminals.
- Illustrate and prepare full technical acceptance test for telecom terminals with latest technologies to be introduced to the market.
- Align with new terminals technologies according to OEM and chipset vendors’ roadmaps.
- SPOC of etisalat Misr with GCF organization.

- Performing voucher generation, loading and purging.
