Responsible for managing HRD systems and processes that includes Recruitment, HR Operations, HR Service Center, Talent Management, Learning Management, Performance Management, Employee Relations & Employee Wellbeing functions
- Set up and implement service standards across Dubai Airports.
- Monitor service driven KPIs integrated with various stakeholder systems like immigration, e-gate, security systems etc.
- Define & Develop Data Management & Collection framework & Techniques
- Develop & Implement Service performance dashboards for all KPIs and stakeholder's SLAs and develop, monitor and manage data warehouses and systems pertinent to the airport ranking.
- Model, Develop, Implement, & Monitor CRM processes based on service framework
Support and participate in IT management planning by employing best enterprise architecture
frameworks
Assist senior management by aligning IT initiative with business objectives and facilitating
prioritization of business strategies that optimally achieve business objectives
Ensure IT investments, solutions and services are aligned with enterprise strategies and
architecture
Align IT Risk managment processes with enterprise business risk management framework
Establish outcome and performance measures, supported by metrics, and targets that assess
progress toward the achievement of enterprise and IT objectives and the business strategy.
